In these energy sessions I mainly focus on the main 7 Chakras, working with and through each one individually to restore and rebalance if and where needed. I do incorporate a little of kinesiology by the use of muscle testing. These sessions can also include the use of essences, crystals and other frequency tools if and when guided to.
